Payments for Koko products are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record.
All refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle’s applicable terms for Paddle Checkout. We do not apply additional qualifiers or exceptions.
Paddle generally offers a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase, subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms and eligibility review.
